Yes, we pride ourselves on providing an excellent aftercare service. We always allow our clients to provide a final snag list & will return to fix any issues that arise within 6 - 12 months of completion. Your contract will contain the specific Terms for your custom build.

Absolutely. We believe in transparency, that's why our inspection and quote process is free. No hidden fees here—just honest, quality work.
Our estimates are educated guesses based on our extensive experience & will usually contain an average and worse case cost. We only provide estimates in circumstances where we cannot calculate the final cost due to external influences. It may be that an item has to be custom ordered or your project has an unknown completion or start date.
Our day rate covers the cost of labor per tradesman. Materials and special equipment are separate. But don't worry, we'll detail everything upfront based on your projects individual requirements.
We aim for full transparency. If your project requires additional materials or time, we'll discuss this with you beforehand & have it all detailed in your Project Specification / quotation. No nasty surprises!
Not usually! For most jobs We will request a small percentage of the quoted final cost to cover materials. Depending on the size or type of the project at hand, We would require regular payments throughout the project until the final payment on completion of snags. All payments will be detailed on your paperwork from us.
